Discipleship is training or exercising our faith and relationship with Jesus Christ to make it stronger and more mature. Listed below are the different levels of discipleship currently being offered. They are open to anyone within the church body. Level II is required for those involved or interested in leadership. Pick up a School of Discipleship brochure at the Ministry Info Center for more details.

DISCIPLESHIP (Level II) is an in-depth personal 12-week discipleship course where you learn how to apply God's Word to your daily thoughts, words and actions. The manual, "Self-Confrontation," and a student workbook will be used and can be purchased through Chapel Books. Childcare is provided by reservation only by calling Barbie Tyler at 577-7705. Watch the bulletin for future dates. (Ray Franklin, 441-3576)

FOUNDATIONS OF THE FAITH (Level I) is designed for those who have recently committed their life to Jesus Christ, or for anyone who has a desire to mature spiritually. These topical teachings on the basics of the Christian faith will encourage believers in developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and help them build a firm foundation of faith in Christ. This series meets on Sundays at 11 a.m. in Room C-34. The class is ongoing so newcomers can join at any time. (Glenn Temme at 577-7705)

GETTING PLUGGED IN GATHERING meets on various Sundays from 12:30-1 p.m. (watch the bulletin for specific dates). This gathering is open to anyone, whether you have been here for one Sunday or five years. The purpose of this time is to learn about small groups, serving opportunities and how to get plugged in, which is a crucial part of a growing relationship with Christ. (Kathy Lee, 577-7705)
